  • International Shipping: We ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are free on all orders above $70.

7. Lost/Missing Packages

Sorbie is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for orders that are lost, misplaced, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If the package is returned back to us due to such reason, we will have to charge a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping fee is not refundable.
