1. What surfaces can I clean with The Sorbie Pro Steamer?
The Sorbie Pro Steamer is designed for multi-surface use, including tiles, grout, kitchen appliances, upholstery, windows, mirrors, car interiors, and more. For delicate materials, always test a small area first.

2. Can I use it on hardwood or laminate floors?
Only on sealed hardwood and laminate surfaces. Do not allow prolonged steam exposure. Always keep the mop moving to avoid heat damage.

3. Can I use it on fabrics or clothes?
Yes! It includes a fabric attachment to safely refresh clothes, curtains, sofas, and cushions. It’s not a full garment steamer, but works well for spot treatments and odor removal.

4. Is it safe to use around children and pets?
Yes, the Sorbie Pro Steamer is designed with safety features, including a safety lock on the handle and a safety cap to prevent accidental steam release. However, always ensure children and pets are at a safe distance during operation to prevent any accidental burns.

4. How long does it take to heat up?
The Sorbie Pro Steamer heats up in just 3 to 5 minutes.

5. How long does a full tank last?
A full 350ml fill provides about 10–15 minutes of continuous steam, depending on usage and attachments.

6. Is the steam pressure adjustable?
No, the pressure is fixed. You can control intensity by adjusting how long and how close you apply the steam to a surface.


🚿 Water & Refilling

7. Can I add vinegar, detergent, or essential oils?
No. Use only distilled or demineralized water. Additives may damage the internal system and void your warranty.

8. Can I refill the tank while it’s hot?
Never open the cap while the device is hot or under pressure. Wait 15–30 minutes for full cooldown, and make sure all steam has been released before opening.

9. Why is the device spitting water instead of steam?
This usually means it’s not fully heated yet. Wait for the heating indicator to confirm it's ready. If the issue persists, clean the nozzle.

10. How should I clean and store the device?
Empty the tank after each use, wipe it down, and store it in a cool, dry place. Descale monthly if you live in a hard water area.

11. What if the attachments get clogged?
Soak clogged accessories in vinegar for 10–15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly before reuse.
